Production iOS & Android: React Native (Expo, TypeScript) down to native Kotlin/Java modules and Android Auto. Four apps in the stores, plus two products of my own.
Most React Native developers stop at JavaScript. My work consistently goes one layer deeper into the Kotlin and Java that the JS layer talks to. At Diehl Metering I built an Android Auto extension as a native module inside a production React Native app, bridging the JavaScript layer to native vehicle code.
React Native since 2021 and native Android since 2020, across India, the US and Germany, from a Bosch subsidiary (ETAS) to a US e-commerce app shipped on both stores. I care about apps that are fast, tested, and actually maintainable after I leave.

One Kotlin codebase sharing logic and Compose UI, running natively on Android and iOS, no SwiftUI. Backed by my own Kotlin / Spring Boot REST API (JWT auth, PostgreSQL, Docker, CI). Offline-first, encrypted card storage, and shared tests running on both platforms.

A privacy-first expense-splitter I built and released end-to-end: live on Google Play, iOS in App Store review. On-device receipt scanning (ML Kit), smart EN/DE categorization, and debt-simplification to the fewest transfers. All multi-user access enforced in PostgreSQL Row-Level Security; event-driven push via Postgres triggers and Edge Functions. No ads, no tracking, data in the EU.
A German-grammar learning app, A1–C2: 145 grammar sections, ~1,480 graded exercises and ~9,300 neural text-to-speech clips. React Native + TypeScript with a custom native audio module. A Python pipeline validates every exercise against a typed schema and grammar-checks it (spaCy, LanguageTool) before each build; tutor characters are animated via a Python-to-Lottie pipeline. In closed testing on Google Play.
